Fondazione Achille Castiglioni
The Achille Castiglioni Foundation (1918-2002) is based in Piazza Castello in Milan, in what was once the studio of the great architect and designer, one of the architects of the success of Italian design in the world.
His daughter Giovanna Castiglioni has been carrying on the memory of her father's teachings for many years with exhibitions, meetings, and many activities involving school kids, design students, professionals, and enthusiasts of the sector.
Now the Foundation risks eviction. To raise awareness in Italy and the world, in the week in which Milan is the world capital of design with the Salone del Mobile and the Fuorisalone, journalists Antonella Galli and Pierluigi Masini are launching this collection of signatures: we want this place, which for 61 talks about Achille Castiglioni for years, let him be protected and his studio remain.
